Astronomy

Regarding your investigations in Astronomy we have collected a few links which will be useful to you. Check out a list of Astronomy films on KhanAcademy. Below is one of them:

NASA is another source with a lot of valuable information on the subject. At the Swedish Institute of Space Physics there are links in both Swedish and English that will take you further into the subject.

In our database EBSCO you can read some interesting articles. You can of course narrow down your search using more specific search terms than “astronomy”. If you need help searching the databases, don’t hesitate to contact us. Use World Book Online and of course Nationalencyklopedin.

If you haven’t tried to search on Mashpedia - give it a try today!

The Vietnam War

You’re now working on the Vietnam war, describing its events between 1957 and 1975 and give some examples of why it happens during this specific period of time. Go to our databases ne.se, worldbook and landguiden. If you’re working from home, don’t forget you have to log in!

Other helpful resources are the BBC, UR’s Ramp  (don’t forget to check out their valuable links!) and Sveriges Radio websites.

You can of course also go to Wikipedia and if you do, let its links take you further!

If you click on the image, you’ll go the ISGR library catalogue and if you prefer the Public Library catalogue, click on Gotlib

Good Luck!
